Eatwell Bingo
Have some fun with the food groups that are important for our health. Print out enough bingo cards for the number of people who are playing, and have a pencil ready. Each row represents one of the food groups. Using the calling cards (in the document at the end of the bingo cards), pulled out of a suitable container, you can call out the foods, and the first to get a line of 5 foods either across, down or diagonally has to shout 鈥淏INGO!!鈥
Have fun.
