Registration for the conference will open on 16 November 2026. Registration types are listed below. 

Important Information

• Please note that the Early Bird fee ends on 20 April 2027.
• The registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, lunches and refreshments at the conference venue, attendance at the Civic Reception on Tuesday 1st, Conference Dinner on Wednesday 2nd, and Ceilidh on Thursday 3rd June. All fees are in GBP and VAT is included where appropriate.
• The accompanying person fee includes attendance at the Civic Reception on Tuesday 1st, Conference Dinner on Wednesday 2nd, and Ceilidh on Thursday 3rd June.
• The conference social events are considered by the organisers to be an essential part of the programme, offering attendees important opportunities to network and engage with colleagues. Consequently, the cost of these events has been incorporated into the registration fees listed above and will appear as mandatory selections within the registration system.
• To qualify for the Early Career Researcher rate, delegates should have obtained their highest degree less than five years prior to the conference.
• By registering for the conference, you confirm that you accept our Delegate Terms and Conditions. Please note that a refund cannot be provided for requests received after 16 April 2027.
• Card payments are preferred. The registration system accepts Visa and Mastercard; however, American Express is not supported. Upon payment, you will receive a booking confirmation and receipt sent to your registered email address. Please note that if you choose to pay by card, we cannot supply an invoice for your records as payment has already been made.
• If you wish to pay by invoice, please email cpdservices@abdn.ac.uk. Note that this payment option will incur an additional £15 administration charge, and payment MUST be received prior to your attendance at the conference to gain entry.
