Biography
Fraser was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in April 2025, and serves as a member of the University’s Executive Board. Fraser is responsible for a range of services across Digital and Information Services, Estates and Commercial Services, People and Student Services, Academic Administration, External Affairs, and Research, Innovation and Enterprise.
Fraser brings experience from across the private sector, health and local government where he held roles including Head of Legal Services, Chief Governance Officer and Chief Operating Officer. This breadth of experience informs an approach to leadership that connects strong governance and effective operations with the University’s global ambitions in education and research.
