I had an excellent placement with North Harris Medical Practice, my supervisor Dr George Craig and other GP partner Dr Kirsty McKellar were so helpful throughout my placement and taught me so much about general practice. I was supported to see a wide range of patients and exposed to all aspects of general practice, which was particularly helpful with understanding rural practice better. I learnt so much from them and was made to feel like part of the team by every member of staff in the practice.

My accommodation in Rodean B&B was great, my hosts were so welcoming and helped me get stuck in to the local community and island life. They were so kind and helpful and provided me breakfast and dinner while I was there! My placement experience on the whole was really good and I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone, particularly those interested in rural/island practice.
