A member was very rude and embarrassed me in front of a patient. Although I had raised my concerns with her she was pulling words out of my mouth and manipulating information such as mixing up dates and misinterpreting patient input. Hard to find a doctor to read and evaluate your notes. Left 1.5hrs later than timetables as the doctor couldnâ€™t find time to review the patient notes I had written. Made me wait with the patient for 30-45 mins till they came in to review. The doctor needs to have lesser patients when I am also timetabled to see patients I had raised my concerns to the practice manager who was very supportive and prevented this from happening.
