Supportive staff: all consultants were supportive, and they encouraged me to challenge myself and do something new every time. They allowed me to go in the WR with them and type on Trak, they asked me to bleep respiratory one day, it was my first time, so I feel confident to clerk, bleep, and do ward jobs PAs were supportive, they encouraged me to clerk patients and discuss with them. They gave me access to Trak as mine was inactive. I built confidence in clerking and documenting because of them I really appreciate my time in acute medicine in SJH
